Key Responsibilities

As a Product Executive for CEAT Tire, you will be a key player in the product management and marketing team, responsible for growing the brand’s footprint across Bangladesh. Your core responsibilities include:

• Sales Growth & Business Development: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Support the field sales teams to enhance their sales performance and product off-take. You will also develop and implement marketing activities and promotional schemes (e.g., trade offers) to boost sales volume.
• Dealer & Channel Partner Management: Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, sub-dealers, and retailers. You will be responsible for ensuring dealer profitability and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships with them. This includes monitoring dealer performance, credit discipline, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Brand Visibility & Word-of-Mouth: Plan and execute local brand activation campaigns, roadshows, mechanic meets, and influencer engagement programs. Enhance product visibility at the point of sale (POS) through signboards and other marketing materials.
• Market Intelligence & Coordination: Gather field insights on customer feedback, competitor activities, product performance, and price movements. You will prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to management for product improvement and pricing strategy, coordinating closely with supply chain and sales teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
