Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Investment Administration Division, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising the bank’s investment administration functions. Your main duties include:
- Strategic Leadership: Leading the Investment Administration Division and overseeing all investment-related operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Policy Formulation: Formulating and implementing robust investment policies, procedures, and monitoring frameworks.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensuring strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and Shariah guidelines in all investment activities.
- Portfolio Management: Supervising investment documentation, portfolio management, and comprehensive reporting activities.
- Risk Control: Strengthening risk management practices and ensuring effective internal controls are in place to mitigate investment risks.
- Advisory Role: Providing strategic insights to senior management and the Board regarding potential investment opportunities.
- Team Development: Developing and mentoring team members to build a high-performing division.
Required Qualifications
