Key Responsibilities

As the Center Manager for Premium Banking, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and service quality of your assigned center. Your key responsibilities include:

Business Growth & Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products targeted at high-net-worth individuals. Plan, organize, and monitor business development activities to meet budget targets and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities. Drive the growth of a high-quality depository clientele base.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Premium Banking frontline team, ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative environment. Ensure the team actively participates in the digital activation of their assigned customers.
Customer Experience: Closely monitor the services delivered to valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight and retention. Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure operational integrity across the full suite of products and processes within the center. Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in audits and ensure records are well-maintained. Upsell, cross-sell, and provide regular market updates and trend analysis to clients and the team.

Required Qualifications

Education: Masters/Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record (no third division/class equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field (e.g., banking, relationship management, wealth management, branch management). Incumbents currently working in a supervisory role will get preference.
