Key Responsibilities

As the Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and operational excellence within the Microfinance Progoti portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the development and implementation of new products, services, and process improvements, identifying new client segments and market opportunities. You will be crucial in coordinating between operations and support functions (like IT, Finance, HR) to ensure strategic plans are executed smoothly and operational alignment is maintained. This includes monitoring the progress of initiatives, reporting on key milestones, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will conduct preliminary data analysis, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and support risk assessments for branches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this Deputy Manager job, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
