Popular Pharmaceuticals Job Key Information

Note: Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing will get preference. This role involves both office work and frequent field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned veterinary products.
• Coordinate all brand management activities for the portfolio.
• Design innovative promotional plans and allocate materials effectively.
• Manage new product launches and oversee the assigned product portfolio.
• Formulate the annual budget for assigned products.
• Conduct frequent visits to doctors (veterinarians) and fieldwork for market development.
• Train the field force (Medical Promotion Officers) on assigned products.
• Conduct meetings with farmers or Poultry Consultants (PC) across the country.
• Take corrective actions based on market feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with excellent academic records.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing will be given preference.
• Age: At most 32 years.

Skills & Expertise

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Well-proficient in computer literacy (MS Office).
