Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager for the EMPOWER project, you will be the driving force behind its success in four Upazilas of Dinajpur. Your core responsibilities include:

Leading the overall planning, budgeting, and resource management for the project.
Guiding and supervising the project team to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of activities.
Developing and executing detailed work plans aligned with JSKS and donor (GFA/CEF) requirements.
Overseeing all monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (both financial and narrative), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Building meaningful engagement with Dalit, Adivasi, and other marginalized communities, actively promoting women’s leadership and gender-transformative approaches.
Facilitating capacity building for project staff and community partners.
Establishing and maintaining strong coordination with local government institutions (LGIs), Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), civil society, and serving as the main liaison with the donor.
Upholding and ensuring adherence to all JSKS policies, including Safeguarding, Child Protection, and PSHEA.

Required Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Science or any other related discipline.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in managerial roles within the NGO sector. Must have proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, report writing, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).

Skills & Expertise

Workplace, Salary & Benefits
