Officer (MIS) Key Responsibilities
As an MIS Officer in Retail Finance, you will be responsible for the accuracy and flow of data that drives lending decisions. Your primary duties will include:
- Proposal Management: Receive and assign retail loan proposals, including credit cards, to the appropriate credit analysts.
- Reporting: Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly MIS reports for the Retail Loan portfolio.
- Performance Monitoring: Track loan application flow, disbursements, delinquencies, and overall portfolio performance through dynamic dashboards.
- Data Integrity: Ensure absolute data accuracy by reconciling system information with branch or operational data.
- Automation: Automate and streamline reporting processes using Advanced Excel features and internal loan approval software.
- Coordination: Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Risk Management, and IT teams to fulfill data requirements and identify process gaps.
Officer (MIS) Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master of Science (MSc) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed university.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector is required.
